About Me

 

Born in Staffordshire, England, from a young age I've always been passionate about photography. As a young teenager, my parents bought me my first ever camera, this was my prized possession and I loved to experiment which helped develop my love of photography. After school, I decided to go to college to do a Childcare course. In the back of my mind, I always knew Photography was my desired job role so after completing my childcare course and working in a nursery for a year, I decided to go back to college to follow my dreams. In 2014, I completed two years of photography at college and then went on to do three years at Staffordshire University gaining a BA Hons degree.

My dream of becoming a Freelance Photographer is now in my sights, I enjoy creating beautiful images and capturing the love between families.

Overall, I feel taking an image is not just about getting the shot, it's about bonding with the family or the child, making them feel comfortable and gaining a relationship. I have had numerous positive comments on how I am during a photoshoot so this has helped me to grow and become the photographer I am today.
